Perhaps you wonder how others perceive me?

Has anyone ever truly loved Death?

There was a boy...
A very strange enchanted boy.
They say he wandered very far, very far
Over land and sea,
A little shy and sad of eye
But very wise was he.
And then one day,
One magic day he passed my way.
And while we spoke of many things
Fools and kings.
This he said to me,
"The greatest thing you'll ever learn
Is just to love and be loved in return."
--Nature Boy, by Eden Ahbez

Now, you must read a story about me, which I did not write. The author is a beautiful young woman who fell down the rabbit hole into Death's arms.

"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense."
--Alice
"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!"
--White Queen
"The rule is, jam to-morrow and jam yesterday - but never jam to-day."
--White Queen

Read Alice's Tale

Alice also wrote me a sonnet. Read it.

If you would like to write your own tribute to me...be sure to send it to me by e-mail. Perhaps you will find yourself featured here as well.

Still don't think I'm Dangerous to Know? Then take a moment to remember the fifty brides of Death. Yes, at one point I took fifty brides, the first fifty volunteers to wed me on the internet...however, they seem to have been lost in the move... [or else I was lazy and didn't feel like transferring fifty pages...]
